Tender Care Staff
Tender Care staff are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) or Home Health Aides. Our continuing education and in service programs for our staff includes, but is not limited to:
• Fire safety
• HIPAA law
• Transferring
• Cultural diversity and sensitivity
• Emergency procedures
• Acceptable work ethics
• Honoring the participants dignity
• Respect of the participant and their property
• Theft prevention
Cultural diversity and sensitivity training
Our staff is screened prior to providing services. Additionally, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides receive cultural sensitivity and diversity training to ensure that they make you feel comfortable in your own home when they visit. We always treat you with respect and professionalism.

HIPAA law and your privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Home Health Aides are educated in HIPAA law and can help you understand and protect your privacy rights. All of our staff are qualified, compassionate, and respectful.
